DZI Shield Level IIIA Vest Range

Proudly made in South Africa, the Drop Zone Industries (DZI) Shield range of ballistic vests offer an affordable option for Level IIIA Protection against most handgun threats, for both security professionals or civilians.

Each vest in the DZI Shield range uses the latest in laminated aramid fibre technology to produce a lightweight Level IIIA ballistic vest. The outer cover is made from nylon material for durability and is secured to the body with Velcro straps for a solid fit.

The DZI Shield Outer Vest is designed to be worn overtly and has front, back as well as side protection. Front and back plate pockets are included. (Plates purchased separately.) The DZI Shield Outer Vest is ideally suited to a security professional who does not need to carry equipment on his/her vest and comes in sizes S to 3XL in Black only.

The DZI Shield Covert Vest is designed to be worn underneath clothing as an undercover vest, with semi wrap-around protection, giving the wearer as much protection with as little bulk as possible. The DZI Shield Covert Lite Vest, likewise, is an undercover vest without side protection, making it that much more sleek for concealment purposes. Both the Shield Covert and the Shield Covert Lite vests come in a One Size Fits Most configuration, in Black, White or Navy.

We are pleased to announce that in addition to the LSS Chassis for Howa 1500's, MDT have just released their newest chassis system, the HS3 Chassis for pre-ordering. The HS3 Chassis is a solid, hard anodized billet Aluminium chassis with polymer side panels for colour, grip and feel.

The HS3 Chassis is available for Remington 700 Short and Long Actions, Tikka 3 Short Action, is available in either Black or FDE (Flat Dark Earth.) and allows you to turn your standard bolt action rifle into a customisable tactical rifle that is compatible with many AR-15 parts! (Butt stock, grip etc.)

Resumption of Load Shedding - 26/01/2015

DZI Level IIIA First Response Vest

The DZI (Drop Zone Industries) Level IIIA First Response Vest is an economical solution for those who need a functional vest that provides many features security professionals require along with Level IIIA ballistic protection.

    

The vest itself is made from quality materials and features a front zip closure with side release buckles for a secure fit. The integrated Tactical Belt also provides an added level of security to ensure a good fit of the vest to the user. The Kevlar XP Level IIIA Inserts are part of the vest and overlap in the front to ensure full front protection of vital areas as well as back and side coverage.

     

The First Response Vest is a utilitarian vest and features a cross draw Pistol Holster with a retention strap that will accommodate most pistols. A Flashlight Pouch is provided on the holster. There are also Pistol Magazine, Rifle Magazine Pouches (Will fit LM4/LM5 Magazines.) as well as a Shotgun Shell Holder.

With the Firearm's Control Act (FCA) once again under scrutiny, GI Combat Supplies has created an initiative to help support legal and responsible firearm ownership in South Africa.

The GICS Right to Bear Arms T-Shirt Initiative is a fun, tongue in cheek drive to raise funds towards supporting legal and responsible firearm ownership in South Africa.

For every "GICS Right to Bear Arms T-Shirt" purchased (R350.00) we will donate R75.00 to SAGA (South African Gun Owners' Association) to aid them in protecting firearm rights in South Africa. (www.saga.org.za)
