GICS AAD 2014 Show Debrief

GICS had both the pleasure and privilege to exhibit at the 2014 Africa Aerospace and Defence (AAD) Show from 17 to 21 September 2014 at Waterkloof Air Force Base, Centurion, Pretoria, Gauteng.

  

After a long drive from Cape Town and freight arriving late and in some cases not at all and 2 manic days setting up, the GICS Stand was finally ready when the show opened on Wednesday 17/09/2014.

  

All 5 days were very busy, with the 2 public days being particularly busy as a result of the air show.

  

Despite some rain on the weekend the show was a great success, with many visitors enjoying what the various exhibitors had to offer.

  

GICS was proud to be there representing various brands, including Tru-Spec Uniforms and Apparel, Condor Tactical Nylon Products including Bags, Vests and other Modular Accessories, G-Code Holsters and Accessories, 3M Peltor™ Military and Police, Hunting and Shooting Communications, Protective Eyewear and Protective Headgear Products, Magpul Accessories, Mechanix Wear Gloves, Tac Shield Cleaning Kits, Paracord and Bipods, Phazzer Conductive Energy Weapons, WE Airsoft training equipment and many more.

Visit GICS at the 2014 Africa Aerospace and Defence (AAD) Show

We are pleased to announce that GICS will be exhibiting at the 2014 Africa Aerospace and Defence (AAD) Show.

The Africa Aerospace and Defence (AAD) Show is the premier exhibition of air, sea and land technologies on the African Continent. The show consists of three trade days and two public days that are open to the public including the ever popular airshow. (Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st September 2014.)

The airshow comprises of a world class air demonstration, mobility track demonstrations, parachute drops, aerobatic displays and many other static displays from some of the biggest names in aviation and defence industry who will demonstrate their latest and greatest aircraft.

There will also be organised children’s activities and attractions including a Youth Development Program which will be staged in a dedicated Pavilion with a fun fly park where the youth will have interactive activities, such as plastic model building, virtual aviation, simulator, target shooting, first-aid and crime scene investigation.
