Intermittent Phone Line Problems

Please note that we are currently experiencing intermittent phone line problems where calls are being cut off and at times we cannot hear the person on the other end.

Telkom informs us that they are upgrading the infrastructure in the area and that we may experience some issues.

Phone Line Problems

We have received a few complaints from customers telling us that our phones just ring when they try to call us. 

The problem appears to be intermittent. We have tried to identify the problem, but we have not been able to find anything wrong.

If this this happens to you, please email us at info@gicombatsupplies.co.za with the details thereof so that we can try and rectify this as soon as possible.

If possible please try to provide the following info:

1. The date and time of the call.

2. What happened when it started ringing.

3. Did it occur before, during or after the voice prompter message? If it happened after you entered an extension number, which extension did you enter?

5. Any other information that could be of use.
