We experienced intermittent problems with our web server from Friday 28/06/2013 until Sunday 30/06/2013 following a recent server upgrade.
The issues causing the problems have been fixed.
As we were not able to access our website or emails at times, we have not been able to respond to orders or customer queries as quickly as we would have liked to.
We will do our utmost to do so as quickly as possible this week.
