Phone Line Problems

We have received a few complaints from customers telling us that our phones just ring when they try to call us. 

The problem appears to be intermittent. We have tried to identify the problem, but we have not been able to find anything wrong.

If this this happens to you, please email us at with the details thereof so that we can try and rectify this as soon as possible.

If possible please try to provide the following info:

1. The date and time of the call.

2. What happened when it started ringing.

3. Did it occur before, during or after the voice prompter message? If it happened after you entered an extension number, which extension did you enter?
5. Any other information that could be of use.

We appreciate your understanding and assistance in this regard.
